It is the live product from InfiNet Solutions. Families and care-circle contacts use a different surface: Care Elevate, the resident communications module.

Post an open shift once. Eligible staff see it, pick it up, or request a swap — with approvals and a record of what changed.
Staff roster, roles, and preferences
Roster, roles, skills, time off, and preferences help schedulers respect caregiver availability instead of rebuilding the week in a spreadsheet.
Shift templates
Build patterns once and roll them forward so directors get a consistent week without calling IT.
SMS and email notifications
Transactional SMS and email keep staff informed of coverage changes. Open-shift broadcast and admin messaging are opt-in aware.
Resident care-hour performance
Set building-level care-hour goals from census, see daily staffing versus target on the schedule, and get warnings before over-staffing a day.

Resident care-event communications — group threads, family portal, TCPA-aware notifications — roll out as a per-facility module on the same platform. It is not a rename of Shift Elevate, and it is not on for every community by default.
